A first-generation entrepreneur with a passion for building business in service sectors Mr Bhagat has more than twenty (15) years (Approx.) of experience in service industry with deep expertise in delivering critical projects in House Keeping, Conservancy, Security Service, Catering Services & Man Power Supply/Consultancy related areas. Over the years, with his entrepreneurial capability and rare ability to turn risk into successful opportunities, he has built the brand of Dynamics nationally with presence in more than ten states in India. His business acumen, penchant for building eco-system and ruthless execution focus has always stood the company in good stead. He however thinks that he still is an apprentice in entrepreneurship and would be keen to enable the group to leapfrog into a celebrated entity across India.

Mr. Pranay Mishra is an Honors’ Graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University and carries a post graduate diploma in high end computer applications such as Graphics, Animation & Multimedia from QIAC. After gaining experience having worked for educational and advertising companies, Mr. Mishra set up his own HRM (Human Resource Management) consulting company named ‘Blue Eye Management Services Pvt. Ltd. He has worked in marketing & sales and has also been into brand consulting for few retail brands such as Coffee Pai, Contai Chicken etc. He has also been on the board of few companies mostly in Steel and Power sector.
